Unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Everything in my shop is one of a kind and/or made for you, therefore it is not fair to offer these for custom products.
I will only accept returns if it was my mistake. This means you have received the wrong order, a different size or color than you ordered etc. If this happens I will fix it.
Crochet pieces are special and fragile! Treat them kindly. Because clothing can be tricky to size, I will alter garments for FREE. You pay shipping to me, I will pay to ship it back.
I am not responsible for your package after it has shipped. If USPS has lost it, or it has been damaged or stolen I cannot replace it.
